Zumba is a Latin inspired dance fitness workout, dancing to funky vibes of music such as salsa, regatton, cumbia and merengue and many more. If you like shaking your hips around and a party atmosphere you will love Zumba and you will love the results you get.

I was teaching latin and ballroom dance prior to finding Zumba, but I love teaching Zumba with a passion, Zumba gives you the feel good factor like nothing else, come to one of my classes and feel the power and the energy that you get there's nothing like the buzz you get from Zumba it will change the way you think about exercise forever.

No experienced needed Zumba is for all levels of fitness, i'm fully qualified and fully insured. Just come along and let yourself go.

Designed exclusively for kids (ages 4-12), Zumbatomic classes are rockin’, high-energy fitness-parties packed with specially choreographed, kid-friendly routines and all the music kids love, like hip-hop, reggaeton, cumbia and more. Parents love Zumbatomic because of the effects it has on kids, increasing their focus and self-confidence, boosting metabolism and enhancing coordination. Zumbatomic rounds out family fitness goals by giving parents a great reason to head to the gym – for themselves, for their kids, for a totally fun family experience. Classes TBC.
