Nutritional guidance is included as part of your Personal Training package, but maybe you need more attention devoted to this to get you started or you just want a nutritional guidance alone.
There are 8 levels, you may not need all of these levels.

An initial assessment is required which includes:Weighing and measuring body circumferenceBodyfat %Lifestyle questionnaireFood diary and activity analysis, with a written report.
After the initial analysis meetings will only take ½ hr.
Sports Nutrition
Are you giving your body the correct fuel to get the most out of your performance and to aid your recovery. You may be feeling tired, getting frequent colds or taking longer to recover from training sessions or just not progressing.
A couple of sessions is all you need for me to assess your eating and activity levels to put you on the right track. I will work out how much protein, fat and carbohydrate you actually need, and whether you need to supplement your intake with shakes to support your busy lifestyle, as a lot of athletes or very active people find they often don’t have the time to intake the amount of calories required.
