The kettle bell is one of the oldest and most basic forms of weight lifting equipment. But it’s also one of the most functional of all fitness-training devices – and it’s lots of fun!
At first glace, there isn’t much to a kettle bell – it’s basically a cannonball with a handle — but honing the skills necessary to use the bell in a graceful, safe and functional way requires training. Kettle bells are brilliant for fat loss, cardio vascular, toning, power, strength and flexibility and are a very time effective peace of equiptment to use. Once you use a kettle bell you will become addicted to the way it makes you feel and the results it gives.
